Questions about Canning and Preserving Classes in Clark County?
There are still some canning and preserving classes taught in Clark County and when we learn of the next classes, we will tell you. The program is now run by the Lewis County, WSU Extension Office.
A little background. Up until 2020, Clark County’s “Master Food Preserver Program” offered in-person classes on how to can and preserve. However, the program ended in Clark County and now Lewis County’s WSU Extension Office (to the north of us) has continued the program, and classes are offered periodically in Clark County. (Some of the teachers are Clark County residents.)
