Judy Heath will be speaking at the Garden Club’s January 27 General Meeting shortly after 1pm, on the topic of “Rose Care”. 

Judy has been a member of the American Rose Society for nearly ten years and is also a member of both the Fort Vancouver Rose Society and the Portland Rose Society.  She has trained as a Consulting Rosarian (trained in the care of roses), as a Judge for Rose Shows and as a Rose Arrangement Judge.

Judy also recently completed two years as President of the Fort Vancouver Rose Society and two years as Chairman of the Fort Vancouver Rose Show.

Judy will bring a rose bush or two to demonstrate pruning techniques and will be discussing Rose Care throughout the year for our area.

In her “spare” time, Judy grows approximately 200 roses!
